Mark 4:26-29 · The Parable of the Growing Seed

26 He also said, "This is what the kingdom of God is like. A man scatters seed on the ground. 27 Night and day, whether he sleeps or gets up, the seed sprouts and grows, though he does not know how. 28 All by itself the soil produces grain--first the stalk, then the head, then the full kernel in the head. 29 As soon as the grain is ripe, he puts the sickle to it, because the harvest has come."

Do you believe in miracles?

How do you define a miracle? Sometimes, in our culture, we’ve come to disregard “miracles,” because we’ve set the bar so high for what “wows” us and “pows” us that we end up missing all of the small miracles all around us!

Yes, we still can experience BIG miracles. Those of you who read about the outpouring of the Holy Spirit at Asbury may have experienced a kind of reverence and awe for what happened there, and what is continuing to happen even in the aftermath…
