Throughout the world, churches are filled with Christians shouting back and forth “Christ is risen! He is risen indeed! Alleluia!” Christians are rejoicing and splashing in welcoming baptismal waters. They are tasting the nurturing and forgiving presence of Jesus himself in bread broken and wine poured.
