The Russians and Afghans are engaged in mortal conflict for oppression and freedom. In Central America there is fighting and killing for control of land and destinies. In South Africa there is a race war of horrendous proportions being waged, that destroys and imprisons people. In our own country we continue to expend billions upon billions of dollars to fuel a military machine. We claim that machine is for defensive purposes. We must be strong in order to keep and maintain peace. We seem more than determined to be militarily mighty so nobody on this earth will mess with us.
