Object: Doves from a pet store

How many of you remember being in the crowd that welcomed Jesus to Jerusalem on Palm Sunday? Do you remember how happy you were and how much you loved him when he rode on the back of the donkey into the holy city? That was a great day for all of us. I want you to remember how you felt that day, but I also want you to pretend that you are part of a different crowd today. Crowds change a lot. One day a crowd can be happy and loving and the next day the crowd can be sad and sorry. Today you are going to be a crowd that is afraid. Let me see how you look when you are afraid.
