PRAYER OF CONFESSION
Sovereign of sovereigns, our ambitions do not always coincide with your priorities. We may be too concerned about the beauty of our place of worship and too little about the beauty of our lives and relationships with others. We need the mark of your grace upon us, your people, as well as a visible sanctuary for your worship. Forgive us if we are more jealous of the dignity of our name rather than yours. We pray in the name of Jesus. Amen.
