Object: A thermometer

Good morning, boys and girls. What do I have here? It's a thermometer. What do you do with a thermometer? That's right, you measure the temperature--whether it is hot or cold. This thermometer is for measuring the temperature of our bodies. Other thermometers might measure how hot or cold it is outside. We generally like to know how hot it is so we can dress accordingly.
