Good morning, boys and girls. I want to talk about being afraid this morning. What kinds of things are you afraid of? (Allow time for as many as want to respond.) Some of you are afraid of the dark. Let's pretend it's dark. Let's light this candle. (Light this candle.) Some of you are afraid of dogs. Some of you are afraid of mice or spiders. Are any of you afraid of ghosts? (Let them respond.) Some of you say there is no such thing and some of you are afraid of ghosts.
