The great Queen Victoria would occasionally visit some of her most humble subjects. Once she visited the cottage of an elderly Christian widow. Later, her widowed neighbors decided to tease her a little, “Who is the most honored guest you’ve ever entertained, Granny?”

She answered, “Her Majesty the Queen, of course!”

The neighbors said, “Did you say the Queen? Surely, you are mistaken. Isn’t Jesus Christ your most honored guest?”

Her answer turned the tables and had them blushing, "No! Indeed!" she shot back. "Jesus is no guest in my house. He lives here!”
