Mighty Christian Army

The greatest movements of history have involved few people in comparison with the population. Alexander the Great conquered the world with an army of only 35,000 men. Genghis Khan started in his world conquest with only 200,000 men. Tamerlane conquered the world with 230,000 soldiers. The Communists took Russia with only 40,000. Yet the numbers of men in these combined armies that conquered the world at various times in history, cannot compare in size with the huge army of Christian men and women in our churches who serve as pastors, deacons, Sunday School teachers, and so forth.
