The church had received a nice donation from a member who wanted to help the church expand its youth ministry. The board decided that the best use of the money would be to hire a full-time youth leader; someone who could relate to the youth and help create an active program. A committee was formed to find that person and bring their recommendation back to next month’s board meeting.
