SHARING THIS WEEK'S GOSPEL THEME AT HOME
Parents: Children love to look at old photographs of grandparents, great-grandparents, and relatives whom they often hear about, but have never met. If you have a photo album (or a shoe box) full of old photos, you can use them as a starting point for a discussion on today's Gospel. Allow your children to sift through the old photos themselves. Answer their questions as best you can, but if you do not know much about your family's history, and if grandparents live nearby, you may ask them to share your "family history lesson" with you and your children.
