Pastoral Invitation to the Celebration
Try this: Place some contemporary pictures around the sanctuary which depict scenes of the temptations which Jesus faces. Invite the people to walk around looking at the pictures, and to ask themselves, or each other, how God is working in and among and through these temptations with the people involved.

After several minutes, invite the people to share their insights in light of these pictures.
