Conducting a funeral for a friend's parent is a very high honor. Thank you for placeing such trust in me to speak words of comfort and Christian hope. Though I did not knowpersonally, I know her son, and I know you don't get good fruit off a bad vine.It's not peculiar, is it, to "know" other people this way? We even say it about God the Father and his Son, Jesus Christ. What would we know about God the Father if it were not for God the Son?
