The following illustration, which appears to have it's origins in the mid 90's, is an urban legend and though this purports to be an "actual" event, it is not. In fact the legend is so ubiquitous that even Wikipedia covered it's veracity. No version of this story has ever been corroborated. The best use of this legend would be to introduce it as such. Here is the common version.
