Object: Symbol of Jude

 

How many times have you heard someone's name and still you forget it? You remember what he does and where he lives, but you can't remember his name. Some people you never know by name, but you just call them the mail carrier, police officer, teacher and other names like that. These are pretty important people, but we forget to learn their names. Jesus had a disciple like this, and while he was a hard worker and very important to Jesus, other people could never remember his name. Jesus called him Jude or Thaddaeus. The Bible called him by both names. Maybe that is the reason people forget his name, since they never could remember what to call him. But just because they forgot to mention his name does not mean that he was not important.
