Object: a stuffed animal (suggest a bunny)

Good morning, boys and girls. How many of you have stuffed animals? (Let them answer.) I brought a stuffed bunny with me this morning. I want to tell you a story about this bunny. It reminds me of this morning's lesson involving Jesus.

Once there was a bunny who lived with his family. His father was a carpenter. The bunny was a friend to many of the other rabbits in the town where he lived. When the bunny grew up he began to go from one rabbit town to the next. He healed the sick. He taught other rabbits about God. He even performed miracles. Many other rabbits followed…
