Pastor: We gather as people of the new covenant which has been sealed with Christ's blood.
People: God has made us his own through Christ, even though we have sinned against him.
Pastor: We celebrate that redemption as we commune with our Lord at his table.
People: We dedicate this service to the memory and praise of our Lord's sacrificial love for us.
