Warren Buffett, the nation's most successful financial investor and one of the richest men in America, has some very valuable advice on hiring the best people for your business. He says, "Somebody once said that in looking for people to hire, you look for three qualities: integrity, intelligence, and energy. And if they don't have the first, the other two will kill you."  If you were looking to hire someone to work for you, where would you begin? Wouldn't you begin with someone you could trust?
