Props:  A large drawing board to write out the scrambled phrase listed above, or alphabet cards for the kids to work with. If you use the drawing board write the scrambled phrase at the top so the kids can unscramble underneath. If you are using alphabet cards it would be best to post them so that all can see. If screens are available display the scrambled phrase.
