PRAYER OF CONFESSION
God without favorites, from every nation you accept the person who reveres you and does what is right, but we do what is unacceptable to you. We need the forgiveness and spiritual healing that you offer us in Jesus of Nazareth and the Holy Spirit. Free us from the oppression of evil that we may be free to worship you with great joy and, bearing witness to Christ crucified and raised from the dead may see the baptism of others who put their trust in his name. Amen.
