PRAYER OF CONFESSION
Creator, Repairer, Sustainer of consciences, we need your continued attention, because at times our consciences are dull or numb and need to be set true again, and sensitive to what should bother us. Confrontation of painful truth may be what we need to jolt us into action that is appropriate for the children of God. Forgive our avoidance of what we should do and our neglect of what we started but have not finished, for the sake of Jesus, who finished what you sent him to do. Amen.
