Four times a white van has pulled up in front of a brown, two-story house on Paulsen Street. A slender, white-haired man with glasses has emerged from the van and walked up to the door of the house. Each time he has made this visit someone in the house has died. "People in the area think it is creepy," says neighbor Dawn Lyons.
