Boys and girls, do you like obeying orders? Sometimes I don't. We have people tell us to do things sometimes when we would rather do something else. Sometimes we get angry when somebody tells us to do something that does not make sense to us. Or maybe we just don't like the idea. But if they have more power than we do, we still have to obey.
Let's think of some people we have to obey. (Name some authority figures the children can identify with. Have them name some too.)
