One our big failures as Christian is our continual refusal to discipline ourselves in living with the word of God. We need to study the Bible. It is the source of our life, it is the food for our souls. But not only do we need to study the Bible, we need to read the Bible devotionally, and there is a difference between studying the Bible and reading the Bible devotionally.
