How many of you were here last Sunday? Don't raise your hands. Well, even if you were not here, I can give you a quick summary of the sermon. We were at a party at a Pharisee's house with Jesus. Jesus, we noted, just loves to party. The gospel he brings is good news that God wants to invite everyone to a great party. And, because many of you are party animals yourselves, this all sounded great. Forget your petty, moralistic religion of rules and regulations. Jesus proclaims a religion of hope, hilarity, and grace. Come, sinners, to the Gospel feast. Jesus is determined to have everyone at his party, particularly the lowest, the least, and the lost. Let go and party!
