“Christmas: Before And After” is simple, spare theater, designed to be performed by a small group of older youth with no set and only a handful of props that are moved around the stage by the cast, and used in different ways in each scene. It is based on improvisations by its original cast and, as such, welcomes adaptation and revision by each group that performs it.
