Today, we’re going to take some time to “breathe.” Let’s everyone take a nice, deep breath. Breathe in that fresh, crisp air around you. Breathe out the stale, stagnant air within you. Let’s take a moment and take a few breaths.
Feel your stress and anxiety melt away. Feel your worries recede and that Holy Spirit sense of peace fill you up.
