Object: A paper star for each of the children

Good morning, boys and girls. I want to give each of you a star this morning. Sometimes teachers give out stars for attendance, don't they? I'm glad you are here, but that is not the reason for this star. Sometimes you might get a star for being good. I think you're great, but that is not the purpose of this star. This star is a reminder that God is always with us no matter how difficult things are.
