Good morning, boys and girls! How are you today? Did you know that this is the first Sunday in Lent? (Let them answer.) Did you know that this is the time when we begin to think a lot about the way that Jesus shared himself with us by dying for our sins? (Let them answer.) That's the truth. Lent is the time for you and me to spend some time thinking of Jesus and giving thanks to him for all of the good things that he did for us.
