Most Christians remember Mother Teresa as the true saint she was. That is why I was so startled by an item I read in a book that was published shortly after her death in 1997. According to this source, the Archbishop of Calcutta, Henry Sebastian D’Souza, announced to the world that he had ordered an exorcism performed on Mother Teresa shortly before she died. Think about that! An exorcism on this beautiful person who had given her life to serving God! D’Souza said he thought the Nobel Peace Prize winning nun possibly was being attacked by the devil and asked a priest to exorcise it. (1)
