I like a story that James Dobson tells in one of his books about a little boy and a girl who had just been introduced and were trying to decide what game to play.
The little boy said, "I have an idea! Let's play baseball."
The little girl said, "Oh no! I wouldn't want to do that. Baseball is a boy's game. It's not feminine to run around on a dusty vacant lot. No, I wouldn't want to play baseball.
So the boy replied, "OK. Then let's play football."
She answered, "Oh no! I wouldn't play football. That's even less feminine. I might fall and get dirty. No, that's not a girl's game.
He said, "OK, I've got an idea. I'll race you to the corner."
