Good morning, boys and girls. How many of you have ever been fishing? Every boy and girl I have ever known wants to go fishing. I brought along my fishing pole this morning so that everyone here could think about fishing and all of the things that go with it. Did you know that Jesus spent a lot of time with fishermen, and that some of his disciples were fishermen? Going fishing is fun, but being a fisherman is not all fun. It takes a lot of patience and hard work. Jesus went fishing with his disciples lots of times. One day while he was with them they got a huge catch of fish.
