Object: A paper bag or some balloons.

Good morning, boys and girls. How many of you have ever been out of breath? Did you ever run so hard that you thought that you were losing your breath, or have you ever been hit so hard the wind was knocked out of you? It is a very frightening feeling. You have a lot of air inside of you and you need it. I know because a lot of people have told me that I have a lot of wind. Let me show you how much wind you have. I have brought along a lot of paper bags and I want you to see how much wind you have. I want you to take a deep breath and then blow the bag up with just one big push. That’s terrific.
