Good morning, boys and girls. You are probably wondering what I am doing with all of these things! Well, I want to tell you a story about a boy named Billy. Some people used to call him "Bad-Boy Billy" because he was always in trouble! For instance, Billy would use this screwdriver to pry the hubcaps off cars! He loved to steal as many as he could.
